What does the Accelerated Licensing Program provide?
The Accelerated Licensing  Program provides day-to-day representation for the inventor who wishes to market his invention;
For a reasonable one time fee Universal Licensing will provide assistance, guidance and counsel;
And where and when appropriate, UL will assist the inventor in obtaining the following additional services, (“Additional Services”*)
a. prototype production;
b. engineering studies;
c. advanced market research;
d. investment portfolio presentations;
e. manufacturing of product;
f. television infomercials;
g. preparation of Home Shopping / QVC type packages;
h. website and internet set up and development;
i. build corporate structure;
j. overall strategic marketing planning;
k. preparation of business plan; and
l. retail sales programs.
*Costs for Additional Services are the responsibility of the inventor.

What is the cost of the program?
The current cost of the program is a one time fee of $ 5500.00 for 2 years of day to day representation, plus 20% of all related royalties

Are there any guarantees?
Universal Licensing guarantees that their team of professionals will do everything possible to move the invention forward with the overall goal of securing a licensing, manufacturing, or distribution agreement. We cannot, however, guarantee what level of success each individual invention will attain if any. Furthermore, most new inventions do not reach the marketplace and do not provide a return of investment to the inventor.
