Who is the ideal candidate for the Program?

• An inventor with a patented invention or product who has reached a dead end attempting to get the invention into the marketplace.
• An inventor with a genius invention but who is not ready to pay the high cost of a patent until the invention has been thoroughly and honestly reviewed and test marketed.

What does the Peace of Mind Program entail?

• Universal's team of professionals will utilize their areas of expertise to determine the marketable viability of the invention - a full honest, unbiased evaluation.

Who are the "professionals" reviewing the inventions?

• The areas of expertise provided by Universal's team include, but is not limited to, engineers, manufacturers, retail marketers, new invention investor groups, television and direct marketers, and licensing attorneys.

What is the cost of the program?

• The only cost to Universal is a one time fee of $1995. There are no further out of pocket costs and no "come ons" for further costs to Universal no matter the result of the evaluation.

How long does the evaluation take?

• A full, comprehensive report will be delivered within 60 days.

Are there any guarantees?

• Universal guarantees that your invention will receive a completely fair, unbiased, and very detailed written evaluation. Universal will not guarantee that the result of the evaluation will be positive and is unable to give any assurance that the invention will ever provide a return of investment to the inventor.
• Universal does, however, provide a Peace of Mind guarantee that is described in our Peace of Mind Agreement.
